STAFF RECOMMENDATION

Recommendation

Adopt Resolution #2025-116 authorizing the incorporation of The Industrial Development Authority of Baldwin County and appointing the following individuals as the initial directors of The Industrial Development Authority of Baldwin County for a term commencing on the date of incorporation and ending on December 31, 2028:

 

1)  Tim Russell

 

2)  Clark Stewart

 

3)  Karen Moore

 

4)  Dale Siebert

 

5)  Chris Haney

 

6)  Mark Ingram

 

7)  Karmen Still

 

8)  Jason Padgett

BACKGROUND INFORMATION

 

Background:  The Commissioners would like to nominate the following individuals to the board of directors of The Industrial Development Authority of Baldwin County:

 

District 1, Commissioner Ball: Karmen Still and Jason Padgett

District 2, Commissioner McKenzie: Chris Haney and Mark Ingram

District 3, Commissioner Gruber: Tim Russell and Clark Stewart

District 4, Commissioner Underwood: Karen Moore and Dale Siebert
