Approve the Baldwin County Animal Shelter to allocate interest earned from the donation to the Baldwin County Animal Shelter from the estate of Ms. Edeltraud “Judy” Jordan toward half-priced adoptions and the spay / neuter program for dogs and cats.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Background: The Baldwin County Animal Shelter received a generous donation between 2023 and 2024 from the estate of the late Ms. Edeltraud “Judy” Jordan, who passed away in 2021.
Previous Commission action/date: 11/05/2024 - Adopted Baldwin County Commission Policy #13.1 - Spay / Neuter Discount Program.
