Recommendation
Approve the promotion of Forrest Davis from the Assistant Area Maintenance Supervisor position (#284) grade S313 ($61,812.47 annually) in the Highway Silverhill Department (53112) to fill the open Bridge Inspector position (#4037) grade 314 ($32.10 per hour / $66,768.00 annually), in the Highway Construction Department (53120), to be effective no sooner than February 23, 2026.

Background: The Bridge Inspector position was vacated due to the resignation of the previous employee. The Assistant County Engineer respectfully requests that the above recommendation is approved.
