STAFF RECOMMENDATION

Recommendation

Take the following actions:

1) Approve the employment of Sheila Floyd to fill the open Archives Specialist position (#5457), grade 307 ($17.84 per hour / $37,107.20 annually); and

2) Approve the employment of A.J. Caswell to fill the open Archives Specialist position (#5216), grade 307 ($17.84 per hour / $37,107.20 annually).

These actions shall be effective no sooner than June 9, 2025.

Background:  The open Archives Specialist positions were vacated due to the resignation of the previous employees. The Director of Archives and History respectfully requests that the above recommendations are approved.
