Background: The subject properties are currently zoned B-2, Neighborhood Business District, and RA, Rural Agricultural District, and are located north of State Highway 59 and south of Railroad Avenue in Loxley. The applicant is requesting to rezone approximately 0.98 acres from B-2 and RA to B-4, Major Commercial District, to facilitate major commercial use on the property.
