Recommendation

Adopt Resolution #2026-041, which approves Case No. Z25-61, Penry Property Rezoning, as it pertains to the rezoning of 12 acres, more or less, as located in Planning (Zoning) District 15, from RA, Rural Agricultural District, to RSF-1, Residential Single Family District.

Background: The subject property is currently zoned RA, Rural Agricultural District, and is located south of County Road 54 and east of Caney Creek Drive in the Belforest community. The applicant is requesting to rezone approximately 12 acres from RA to RSF-1, Residential Single Family District, for the purpose of single family housing.
