Approval of BRATS and Solid Waste Services for Christmas at Bicentennial Park Event

STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Recommendation
Related to the Christmas at Bicentennial Park Event, December 17-18, 2021, take the following action:
1) Approve the use of ten (10) large rolling garbage carts from the Solid Waste Department throughout the park for the event at a cost of $20.00 ($10.00 delivery fee, $1.00 per cart rental); and
2) Approve Baldwin Regional Area Transit Systems (BRATS) to donate transportation services on December 17-18, 2021, on December 17, 2021, for four (4) hours and December 18, 2021, for four (4) hours, at a cost of $1,465.20.00 to transport attendees to and from their vehicles to the event site.
