Background:  Staff is requesting the Commission approve the attached solicitation for Disaster Debris Monitoring Services. The current contract will expire on October 18, 2025.  Staff recommends the Commission approve the Request for Proposals (RFP) and authorize the Purchasing Director to advertise the RFP.
