Recommendation
Adopt Resolution #2027-022 and authorize the Chairman to execute Supplemental Agreement No. 1 between the Baldwin County Commission and the Alabama Department of Transportation amending the State Industrial Access funds for construction of the employee access road connecting State Route 287 to benefit the Novelis Manufacturing Facility.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Background: The Supplemental Agreement will adjust the State Industrial Access funds from $4,074,500.00 to $3,461,092.68 for the Novelis access road construction. All other terms of the Construction Funding Agreement shall remain the same.
Previous Commission action/date:
December 5, 2023 - Authorized the Chairman to execute an agreement between the BCC and ALDOT to provide additional State Industrial Access funds in the amount of $4,074,500.00 to assist with the construction of a new employee access road connecting State Route 287 to benefit the Novelis Manufacturing Facility.
