Background: The subject property is currently zoned RA, Rural Agriculture, and located in Planning District 39, south of County Road 32 and east of State Highway 181. The applicant is asking to rezone 34.95 acres to RSF-2 for residential use.
The Planning Commission considered this request at its March 6, 2025, meeting and voted 6-0 to recommend APPROVAL to the County Commission.
