Recommendation
Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute the amended New Voice Transport Service Order Agreement for Voice Managed Services for the Baldwin County Commission in Bay Minette at no cost.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Background: Uniti Fiber, LLC mistakenly added the Voice Transport service to the renewal of the (UF GulfCo) Change Order Agreement approved February 19, 2026, for Voice Managed Services when it should have been a separate Service Order Agreement. Therefore, Uniti Fiber, LLC has requested the Baldwin County Commission to sign the New Voice Transport Agreement (See attached).
Previous Commission action/date:
February 19, 2026 - BCC approved the renewal of Service Order Agreements with Uniti Fiber, LLC for Voice Managed Services.
March 6, 2019 - BCC awarded the RFP for Internet and Telecommunications Services to lowest responsible bidder, Uniti Fiber, LLC, (Southern Light) in the total amount of $79,780.72 per year.
