STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Recommendation
Award the quote to Phoenix Restoration Services, Inc., in the amount of $55,863.18 for Labor and Materials for Mold / Asbestos Abatement in Baldwin County Court Referral Office Building located in Fairhope, Alabama, and authorize the Chairman to execute the Public Works Contract and Certificate of Compliance.
The Contract shall be effective and commence immediately upon the same date as its full execution and shall terminate upon the expiration of no more than thirty (30) days after the notice to proceed is issued.
