Recommendation

Adopt Resolution #2025-156, which approves Case No. Z25-37, Corcoran Property Rezoning, as it pertains to the rezoning of 13.5 acres, more or less, as located in Planning (Zoning) District 15, from RSF-E, Residential Single Family Estate District, to RA, Rural Agricultural District.

Background: The subject property is currently zoned RSF-E, Residential Single Family Estate District, and is located south of County Road 64 and east of County Road 54 W in the Belforest community. The applicant is requesting to rezone 13.5 acres from RSF-E to RA, Rural Agricultural District, for commercial use.
