Recommendation

Adopt Resolution #2026-063, which approves Case No. Z26-07, Roberts Property Rezoning, as it pertains to the rezoning of 9.5 acres, more or less, as located in Planning (Zoning) District 37, from  RSF-E, Estate Residential Single Family, to RA, Rural Agricultural District.

Background:  The subject property is currently zoned RSF- E, Estate Residential Single Family, in Planning District 37, west of State Highway 181 on Vance Lane in the Fairhope area. The applicant is asking to rezone to RA, Rural Agricultural District, in order to have an RV-like structure as an accessory dwelling.
