STAFF RECOMMENDATION

Recommendation

Adopt Resolution #2025-002, which approves Case No. Z24-27, Corn Branch, LLC Property Rezoning, as it pertains to the rezoning of 5.7 acres, more or less, as located in Planning (Zoning) District 14, from RA, Rural Agricultural District, to RSF-1, Residential Single Family District.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION

 

Background:  The subject property is currently zoned RA, Rural Agricultural District, and is located east of Blueberry Lane and north of Vasko Road in Silverhill. The applicant is requesting to rezone 5.7 acres of the current property, which is approximately 48 acres, from RA, Rural Agricultural to RSF-1, Residential Single Family, for the purpose of single family housing.
