STAFF RECOMMENDATION

Recommendation

Take the following actions:

 

1) Approve the Merchant Processing Application and Agreement with Hancock Whitney for Council on Aging, effective immediately upon signed agreement by Roger Rendleman, Clerk Treasurer; and

 

2) Approve the Hancock Whitney equipment purchase of one (1) FD150 terminal at a cost of $415.00.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION

 

Background:  Merchant agreements were previously awarded to various departments on December 1, 2020.

 

Council on Aging has not had the ability to take payments by credit card. Credit card processing fees will be passed to the customer per transaction.
