Adopt Resolution #2025-127, which approves Case No. Z25-23, CM Counseling, LLC Property Rezoning, as it pertains to the rezoning of 1 acre, more or less, as located in Planning (Zoning) District 15, from RSF-E, Residential Single-Family Estate District to B-1, Professional Business District.

Background: The subject property is currently zoned RSF-E, Residential Single-Family Estate District, and is located North of County Road 64 and East of State Highway 181 in Daphne. The applicant is requesting to rezone the current property from RSF-E to B-1, Professional Business District, for professional office use.
