Recommendation
Approve the extension of the License Agreement between the Baldwin County Commission and Cypress Spanish Fort III, LLC, for the Spanish Fort Transit Hub at no cost to the County. The term of the extended agreement shall commence on July 1, 2021, and terminate on June 30, 2022.

Background: 07/07/2015 - Baldwin County Commission approved the License Agreement between Baldwin County Commission and Cypress Spanish Fort III, LLC for the Spanish Fort Transit Hub at no cost to the County, (The term of this original agreement commenced July 1, 2015 and terminated on December 31, 2015.)
