Recommendation

Adopt Resolution #2026-064, which approves Case No. Z26-08, Coburn Property Rezoning, as it pertains to the rezoning of 19± acres as located in Planning (Zoning) District 14, from RSF-2, Residential Single Family District, to RSF-3, Residential Single Family District.

Background:  The subject property is currently zoned RSF-2, Residential Single Family District, and is located in Planning District 14, north of State Highway 104 and east of County Road 49. The applicant is requesting to rezone 19± acres from RSF-2 to RSF-3, Residential Single Family District, for residential use.
