BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Background: Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute Change Order No. 1 for crane rental to set the boiler in the amount of $1,990.00 with JLS International, Inc., on the Purchase and Installation of One (1) New Boiler for the Baldwin County Courthouse located in Bay Minette, Alabama.
Previous Commission action/date:
04/07/2026 meeting: Awarded Bid #WG26-18 for the Purchase and Installation of One (1) New Boiler for the Baldwin County Courthouse located in Bay Minette, Alabama, to the lowest bidder, JLS International, Inc., per the Award Listing and authorized the Chairman to execute the contract.
02/19/2026 meeting: 1) Approved the specifications and authorized the Purchasing Director to place a competitive bid for the Purchase and Installation of One (1) New Boiler for the Baldwin County Courthouse located in Bay Minette, Alabama; and 2) Further, authorized the Chairman/Purchasing Division Commissioner for the Baldwin County Commission to approve any necessary addendums or clarifications if required after the bid is advertised.
