Adopt Resolution #2025-082, which approves Case No. Z24-51, Hagle Property Rezoning, as it pertains to the rezoning of 29 acres, more or less, as located in Planning (Zoning) District 8, from BCZ, Base Community Zoning, to RSF-1, Residential Single Family.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION

 

Background:  The subject property is currently zoned BCZ, Base Community Zoning, and is located in Planning District 8, on the northeast corner of County Road 13 and County Road 32.The applicant is asking that it be rezoned to RSF-1, Residential Single Family, in order to subdivide the property.

 

The Planning Commission considered this request at their February 6, 2025, meeting and voted 6-0 to recommend APPROVAL to the County Commission.
