BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Background: A 2020 John Deere 624L Loader VIN# 1DW624LZHLF706294 was damaged on July 23, 2025. After advertised bid, the total cost to repair the loader is $58,700.57. Insurance recoveries from the ACCA Liability Self-Insurance Fund, Inc. - Property Program will be used to help repair the loader.
Previous Commission action/date: November 6, 2025 - The Commission awarded Bid #WG25-49A for the repair of one (1) John Deere 624L Loader to the lowest bidder, Beard Equipment Company, Inc., as follows:
