Adopt Resolution #2018-079, which approves Cases Z-18020, Loxley Super Storage Inc., Property, as it pertains to the rezoning of 3.99 acres, more or less, as located in Planning (Zoning) District 12, from RSF-1, Single Family District, to B-3, General Business District.End

Background: The subject request involves one parcel which consists of approximately 3.99 acres.  The current zoning is RSF-1, Single Family District, and the requested zoning is B-3, General Business District for the purpose of allowing for an additional storage building on an existing slab.

 

The Planning Commission considered this request at its May 3, 2018, meeting and voted to recommend APPROVAL to the County Commission.
