Background: The subject request involves two parcels which consist of approximately 10.5 acres. The current zoning is RA, Rural Agricultural District, and the requested zoning is M-1, Light Industrial District for the purpose of allowing for light industrial use and sell boat trailers.
The Planning Commission considered this request at its May 3, 2018, meeting and voted to recommend APPROVAL to the County Commission.
