Recommendation
Approve the Highway Department (Area 300) to grade, drain, base and pave a new parking area at Elberta Elementary School for an estimated cost of $39,300.00 for labor. The Baldwin County Board of Education will provide materials for the project and be invoiced the actual cost of labor upon completion of the project.
