Approve the 020 - Restaurant Retail Liquor license application for Alcohol License Application for Bon Temps Catering, LLC d/b/a Lillians Front Porch, located at 33925 US Highway 98, Lillian, Alabama 36549, and approve the issuance of said license by the Alabama Beverage Control (ABC) Board, if the public hearing does not reveal a legitimate reason to deny the application.

Background: Staff has verified the applicant has a current business license, all sales tax requirements have been satisfied, Health Department approval has been obtained and the Baldwin County Sheriff's Office does not oppose the issuance of the license.
At the July 18, 2017 regular meeting, the Commission approved “the 040-Retail Beer (On or Off Premises) and 060-Retail Table Wine (On or Off Premises) license applications for Bon Temps Catering, LLC d/b/a Lillian's Front Porch, located at 33915 US Highway 98, Lillian, Alabama 36549.”
