Recommendation
Take the following actions:
1) Award the bid section for Bottled Water to the lowest bidder, Atlantic Beverage Co., Inc., as per the attached Award Listing; and
2) Approve the Purchasing Director to re-bid for the Provision of Bag Ice and authorize the Chairman/Purchasing Division Commissioner for the Baldwin County Commission to approve any necessary addendums or clarifications if required after the bid is advertised.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Previous Commission action/date:
06/05/2018 meeting: 1) Approved the specifications and authorized the Purchasing Director to place a competitive bid for the Provision of Bag Ice and Bottled Water;
and 2) Further, authorized the Chairman/Purchasing Division Commissioner for the Baldwin County Commission to approve any necessary addendums or clarifications if
required after the bid is advertised.
Background: Bids were opened in the Purchasing Conference Room on June 25, 2018, at 1:30 P.M. Two (2) bids was received for the Bottled Water section.
No bids were received for the Bag Ice. Recommend the Commission award the bid to lowest bidder, Atlantic Beverage Co., Inc., for the Provision of Bottled Water per the attached Award Listing and authorize the Purchasing Director to re-bid the section for Bag Ice as per the attached bid specifications.
