Authorize the Chairman to execute the Service Agreement with Kings III of America, LLC, d/b/a Kings III Emergency Communications, for the emergency telephone system for the elevators at the Robertsdale Central Annex II Building for one (1) year in the amount of $78.00 per month to be paid quarterly.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Previous Commission action/date: N/A
Background: Kings III Emergency Communications has submitted a service agreement for emergency telephone systems for the two (2) elevators located at the Robertsdale Central Annex II. Currently the phones ring to the Robertsdale Police Department but do not have caller ID attached to the phones. It is required by the State of Alabama to have an emergency telephones located in all elevators that is identified by caller ID. The proposal submitted by Kings III for the emergency telephone system will be $78.00 per month paid quarterly. The telephone will be monitored by the Baldwin County Sheriff’s Dispatch.
