Adopt Resolution #2018-093, which APPROVES Case No. Z-18028 - Lazzari Property, as it pertains to the rezoning of approximately 19 acres located in Planning (Zoning) District 15, from RA, Rural Agricultural District, to B-3, General Business District.

Background:  The subject property is currently zoned RA, Rural Agricultural District, and is currently undeveloped. The designation of B-3, General Business District, has been requested.  According to the submitted information, the purpose of this application is to allow for the construction of an office/warehouse for the applicant’s construction business. Future development is also a consideration.

 

The Planning Commission considered this request on June 7, 2018, and voted to recommend APPROVAL to the County Commission.
