Recommendation
Take the following actions:
1) Authorize the Chairman to execute three copies of Alabama Department of Environmental Management (ADEM) Form 305 for the Permit Renewal Applications for MacBride Landfill (Permit #02-11) and Eastfork Landfill (Permit # 02-12), at a cost of $2,700.00 for each facility; and
2) Authorize the Clerk Treasure to issue two (2) interim checks payable to ADEM, in the amount of $2,700.00 each, for the MacBride Landfill and Eastfork Landfill Solid Waste Disposal Permit Renewals.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Previous Commission action/date: No
Background: The Solid Waste Disposal Permits for MacBride Landfill and Eastfork Landfill will expire January 29, 2019. ADEM requires permit renewals be submitted 180 days prior to permit expiration (August 2, 2018). Construction and Demolition Permit renewals fees charged by ADEM are $2,700.00 per application. This request will meet renewal requirements set forth by ADEM.
