Recommendation
Award the bid to Vulcan, Inc., d/b/a Vulcan Signs for the Provision of Road Signs as per the attached Award Listing for each category of headings.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Previous Commission action/date:
04/03/2018 meeting: 1) Approved the specifications and authorized the Purchasing Director to place a competitive bid for the Provision of Road Signs; and 2) Further, authorized the Chairman/Purchasing Division Commissioner for the Baldwin County Commission to approve any necessary addendums or clarifications if required after the bid is advertised.
05/15/2018 meeting: Rejected all bids received and authorized the Purchasing Director to bring revised specifications back to the Commission for approval at a later date.
06/19/2018 meeting: 1) Approved the specifications and authorized the Purchasing Director to place a competitive bid for the Provision of Road Signs; and 2) Further, authorized the Chairman/Purchasing Division Commissioner for the Baldwin County Commission to approve any necessary addendums or clarifications if required after the bid is advertised.
Background: Bids were opened in the Purchasing Conference Room on July 9, 2018, at 1:30 P.M. One (1) bid was received. Recommend the Commission award the bid to Vulcan Signs, for each category per the Award Listings. Award Listings attached.
