Background: Mr. Craig Williams is wanting to renovate a building on County Road 3 which is encroaching 14 feet inside County right-of-way. Since the building is on County right-of-way, the City of Fairhope Building Official has defered to Baldwin County for approval for the project to proceed.
According to Mr. Williams, the building has some historical value.
