Recommendation
Approve License Agreement No. 18020 permitting Dean Skipper to clear approximately 150’ x 20’ of underbrush and a few small trees less than 8” in diameter, to install a 24” HDPE drive pipe and to construct a driveway to access applicant’s property on Quail Lane (contingent on purchase). Quail Lane is a non-maintained and uncleared portion of right-of-way between George Younce Road and the paved portion of Quail Lane.

Previous Commission action/date: N/A
Background: Mr. Skipper would like to clear approximately 150’ x 20’ of underbrush and small trees to access the property he is purchasing. Any driveway material placed will need to be suitable to the County Engineer. Mr. Skipper will have the right-of-way surveyed and staked. He will also have erosion control installed prior to performing the work. The driveway will be maintained by the property owner for the portion of right-of-way that is not County maintained. Licensee will be responsible for obtaining appropriate wetlands permits.
