Recommendation
Approve License Agreement No. 18021 permitting Candese Olan to clear approximately 480’ x 30’ of underbrush and a few small trees less than 8” in diameter, to install a 24” HDPE drive pipe and to construct a driveway to access her property off Cypress Avenue. The driveway will be maintained by the licensee for the portion of right-of-way that is not County maintained.

Background: Mrs. Olan would like to clear approximately 480’ x 30’ of underbrush and a few small trees less than 8” in diameter and construct a driveway to access her property. The applicant will have the right-of-way surveyed & staked and erosion control installed prior to performing the work. Licensee will be responsible for obtaining appropriate wetlands permits.
