BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Previous Commission action/date:
08/16/2016 meeting: Approved the attached Request for Proposals (RFP) for Expanding ArcGIS Online Platform and GIS Database Support Services and authorized the Purchasing Manager to advertise the RFP.
10/04/2016 meeting: Awarded the Request for Proposals (RFP) for Expanding ArcGIS Online Platform and GIS Database Support Services to Keet Consulting Services, LLC as per the attached tabulation and authorized the Chairman to execute the Contract. Annual Support for Year 1 - $31,350.00; Year 2 - $21,600.00 and Year 3 - $21,600.00.
09/19/2017 meeting: Extended the Contract for Expanding ArcGIS Online Platform and GIS Database Support Services with Keet Consulting Services, LLC, for an additional twelve (12) months at the same prices and terms stated in the original Contract dated October 19, 2016. (The new Contract term will expire on October 19, 2018).
Background: The CIS Department is requesting that the Commission extend the Contract for Expanding ArcGIS Online Platform and GIS Database Support Services with Keet Consulting Services, LLC, that was awarded on October 4, 2016. The Contract contained a stipulation that the Contract could be extended for two (2) additional twelve (12) month periods by the Commission at their option, if acceptable by the vendor. Any additional Contract extensions will be at the same prices, terms and conditions stated in the original agreement. The vendor, Keet Consulting Services, LLC, has submitted an email agreeing to extend the Contract for an additional twelve (12) months at the same prices and terms stated in the original Contract dated October 19, 2016. The new Contract extension will expire on October 19, 2019.
