Background: The Baldwin County Commission provides senior services and support staff to the Loxley and Vaughn S.A.I.L. Centers. Both centers serve as nutrition sites where meals are distributed Monday through Friday each week. The Loxley and Vaughn S.A.I.L Centers are required to file an Alabama Department of Public Health Application for a Permit to Operate and a Declaration of Business Ownership Structure each year.
