As related to, and as authorized by, the Baldwin County Fiscal Year 2018 - 2019 Budget (Resolution #2018-117; Resolution #2018-118), execute Agreements with the below indicated entities to appropriate county funds for activities benefiting a myriad of public purposes as set forth within each Agreement, respectively, said entities as follows:
1. Van Scoyoc Associates, Inc. (not to exceed $114,000)
2. Adams and Reese LLP (not to exceed $72,000)
3. Christie Strategy Group (not to exceed $42,000)
4. North Baldwin Chamber of Commerce ($1,000)
5. South Baldwin Chamber of Commerce ($1,000)
6. Central Baldwin Chamber of Commerce ($1,000)
7. Eastern Shore Chamber of Commerce ($1,000)
8. Baldwin County Economic Development Alliance ($380,000)
9. Baldwin County Heritage Museum Association ($15,000; $3,200)
10. Coastal Alabama Partnership ($25,000)
11. Southwest Alabama Workforce Development Council ($22,500)
12. USS Alabama Battleship Commission ($10,000)
13. Baldwin County Historic Development Commission (not to exceed $60,000)
14. Mobile Bay National Estuary Program ($50,000)
15. Alabama Extension Service/Alabama Cooperative Extension System ($53,854; $852 non-conveyable)
16. Baldwin County Library Cooperative ($96,798; $4,500 non-conveyable; $5,064 non-conveyable; $224 non-conveyable)
17. Cindy Haber Center, Inc. ($30,000)
18. Baldwin County Soil and Water Conservation District ($75,500)
19. Bay Minette Rotary Club ($500)
20. Gulf Coast Resource Conservation and Development Council ($3,250)
The term, respectively, of each Agreement shall commence October 1, 2018 and expire September 30, 2019 and may be terminated per the parameters as set forth therein, respectively.
