Previous Commission action/date: February 18, 2015
Background: Mullek Farms, the current lessor of approximately 55 acres at Magnolia Landfill, is requesting the Baldwin County Commission execute the U.S. Department of Agriculture form CCC-865 updating the Generic Base Acre Allocation. This update is necessary for eligibility in the federal Agriculture Risk Coverage (ARC) Program or Price Loss Coverage (PLC) programs.
