STAFF RECOMMENDATION

Recommendation

Take the following actions:

1) Approve the employment of Amanda Bas to fill the open License Revenue Officer I position (PID #5368) at a grade G-EL ($12.967 per hour / $26,971.36 annually); and

2) Approve the employment of Kim Chatwood to fill the open License Revenue Officer I position (PID #5411) at a grade G-EL ($12.967 per hour / $26,971.36 annually).

These actions shall be effective no sooner than October 22, 2018.

Background:  The License Revenue Officer I position was vacated in September 2018, due to the resignation of the previous employee and one position was created during the FY18/19 budget Cycle.  The Probate Judge respectfully requests the above actions are approved.
