Background: Quotes were solicited for painting the interior and exterior of the Sheriff’s Investigation Building located in Robertsdale. One (1) quote was received and one (1) no bid was received. The quote was received from Spanish Fort Painting & Construction, LLC, in the amount of $31,480.00. The Commission approved during the FY 2019 budget for painting the building. Recommend the Commission award the quote to Spanish Fort Painting & Construction, LLC, and authorize the Chairman to execute Public Works Contract and the Certificate of Compliance.
