Previous Commission action/date: N/A
Background: The area along County Road 49 south of South Boulevard has historically had flooding issues. The County has a drainage easement on the west side of County Road 49 across from Camellia Road. A second phase of Sonoma Ridge subdivision is proposed and the design engineer has recommended improvements to the County drainage easement. The developer is requesting that the County help with these improvements as these improvements will benefit the overall area.
