Recommendation
Consider the 010 - Lounge Retail Liquor - Class I license application for Bar Code Sports Bar and Lounge, LLC d/b/a Bar Code Sports Bar and Lounge located at 9402 Upper Bryants Landing Road, Stockton, Alabama 36579, and approve the issuance of said license by the Alabama Beverage Control (ABC) Board, if the public hearing does not reveal a legitimate reason to deny the application.

Background: Staff has verified the applicant has a current business license, all sales tax requirements have been satisfied, Health Department approval has been obtained and the Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office does not oppose the issuance of this license.
Staff received proof of publication for Bar Code Sports Bar and Lounge, LLC d/b/a Bar Code Sports Bar and Lounge on January 31, 2019 for the three week advertising. While verifying, staff noticed the zip code was listed as 36576 but should be 36579. County Attorney has been notified.
