STAFF RECOMMENDATION

Recommendation

Adopt Resolution #2019-040 and an Intergovernmental Service Agreement between the City of Fairhope and Baldwin County for the transfer of maintenance of Kirkman Lane from Marietta Drive to approximately 396 feet east of Marietta Drive, Kirkman Lane North from Kirkman Lane to approximately 210 feet north of Kirkman Lane and Taylor Street from Main Street to end of maintenance.

Previous Commission action/date:  N/A

 

Background:  The Baldwin County Commission funded the resurfacing of portions of Kirkman Lane, Kirkman Lane North and Taylor Street in the FY 2019 Budget.  The City of Fairhope has agreed to accept maintenance of the portions of road upon completion of the resurfacing.
