STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Recommendation
Take the following actions:
1. Authorize the Chairman to execute the Contract of Purchase and Sale for property on Dickman Road for a purchase price of $45,000.00; and
2. Adopt Resolution #2019-054 amending the Fiscal Year 2019 Budget (Resolution #2018-118 adopted September 18, 2018) to authorize the movement of $45,000.00 from Highway Fund (Account 111.35000) to Area 100 Barn - Capital (53111.5500) for the purchase of property on Dickman Road; and
3. Authorize the Clerk/Treasurer to issue an interim check payable to Guarantee Title Company, in the amount of $1,000.00 for an earnest money deposit.
