The current zoning is RA, Rural Agricultural District, and the requested zoning is RV-1, Recreational Vehicle Park District for the purpose of allowing for a Recreational Vehicle Park with amenities and a small country store.
The Planning Commission considered this request at its February 7, 2019 meeting and voted to recommend APPROVAL to the County Commission.
