Adopt Resolution #2019-052, which approves Case Z-19007, Easy Like That Properties LLC Property, as it pertains to the rezoning of 13.4 acres, more or less, as located in Planning (Zoning) District 22, from RA, Rural Agricultural District, to RV-1, Recreational Vehicle Park District.

Background:  The subject request involves one parcel which consist of approximately 13.4 acres.   The current zoning is RA, Rural Agricultural District, and the requested zoning is RV-1, Recreational Vehicle Park District for the purpose of allowing for a Recreational Vehicle Park with amenities and a small country store.

 

The Planning Commission considered this request at its February 7, 2019 meeting and voted to recommend APPROVAL to the County Commission.
