Recommendation
RESCIND the Award Listing to Nissan of Mobile that was awarded during the April 2, 2019 meeting and replace with the attached Award Listing to Nissan of Mobile showing only the lowest bid prices for each item instead of all items shown on the bid tabulation for the Provision of Police Vehicle Equipment (Brake Rotors/Pads).

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Previous Commission action/date:
12/18/2018 meeting: 1) Approved the specifications and authorized the Purchasing Director to place a competitive bid for the Provision of Police Vehicle Equipment (Brake Rotors/Pads) for the Baldwin County Commission; and 2) Further, authorized the Chairman/Purchasing Division Commissioner for the Baldwin County Commission to approve any necessary addendums or clarifications if required after the bid is advertised.
02/05/2019 meeting: 1) Approved the Purchasing Director to re-bid for the Provision of Police Vehicle Equipment (Brake Rotors/Pads); and 2) Further, authorized the Chairman/Purchasing Division Commissioner for the Baldwin County Commission to approve any necessary addendums or clarifications if required after the bid is advertised.
04/02/2019 meeting: Awarded the bid for the Provision of Police Vehicle Equipment (Brake Rotors/Pads) to the lowest bidder, Nissan of Mobile as per the attached Award Listing.
Background: The Commission during the April 2, 2019 meeting awarded the Provision of Brake Rotors/Pads to the lowest bidder Nissan of Mobile. The Bid Tabulation was copied over and submitted as the Award Listing in error. Staff is requesting that the Award Listing to Nissan of Mobile that was included with the agenda on the April 2, 2019 meeting be replaced with the corrected Award Listing to the apparent low bidder, Nissan of Mobile.
