STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Recommendation
Take the following actions related to a request for an Attorney General’s Opinion regarding the responsibility of Bluewater Drive and Pine Drive in the Town of Elberta:
1) Adopt and authorize the execution of Resolution #2019-098; and
2) Authorize the Chairman to execute correspondence to Steve Marshall, Alabama Attorney General; and
3) Approve and authorize the execution of any and all such other related documents by the Chairman necessary to authorize and effect the request of the above Attorney General’s Opinion.
