Consider the 050 - Retail Beer (Off Premises Only) and 070 - Retail Table Wine (Off Premises Only) license application(s) for Dolgencorp, LLC d/b/a Dollar General Store #20146, located at 17940 County Road 12 South, Foley, Alabama 36535, and approve the issuance of said license(s) by the Alabama Beverage Control (ABC) Board, if the public hearing does not reveal a legitimate reason to deny the application(s).

Background: Staff has verified the applicant has a current business license, all sales tax requirements have been satisfied, Health Department approval has been obtained and the Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office does not oppose the issuance of this license.
NOTE: The newspaper advertisement for the public hearing by the applicant contained minor typographical errors. Staff has consulted with the County Attorney and the advertisement meets the necessary requirements as is for the hearing to be held.
