Recommendation
Approve the extension of the “License Agreement” between the Baldwin County Commission and Cypress Spanish Fort III, LLC, with the attached location amendment, for the Spanish Fort Transit Hub at no cost to the County. (The term of this extended agreement shall commence on July 1, 2019 and terminate on June 30, 2020.)

Background:
07/07/2015 - Baldwin County Commission approved the License Agreement between Baldwin County Commission and Cypress Spanish Fort III, LLC for the Spanish Fort Transit Hub at no cost to the County. (The term of this original agreement commenced on July 1, 2015 and terminated on December 31, 2015.)
01/05/2016 - Baldwin County Commission approved the Extension of the License Agreement between Baldwin County Commission and Cypress Spanish Fort III, LLC for the Spanish Fort Transit Hub at no cost to the County. (The term of this extension agreement commenced on January 1, 2016 and terminated on June 30, 2016.)
06/14/2016 - Baldwin County Commission approved the Extension of the License Agreement between Baldwin County Commission and Cypress Spanish Fort III, LLC for the Spanish Fort Transit Hub at no cost to the County. This agreement is a result of the sale of the property of the former Park and Ride location of the Prodisee Center at the intersection of Highway 98 and Highway 31 in Spanish Fort. Baldwin Regional Area Transit System worked with Cypress Spanish Fort III, LLC to secure a safe location and to avoid a lapse in service to the current transportation routes including the Baylinc commuter route.
